Aesop Ptolemy Candle is a aromatic candle.Scented candle with an aroma reminiscent of an ancient forest through cedar, cypress and vetiver notes. Formulated with vegan ingredients. Ptolemy Candle is named after an ancient Greek-Egyptian astronomer, whose work influenced much of medieval astronomy. Its resinous, woody and herbaceous fragrance brings back memories of dense, ancient Japanese forests.

How to use: For the first use, burn the candle until its surface is completely melted. Afterwards, ensure that the wick is shortened to a maximum of 5 mm to prevent smoke and residue. If necessary, re-centre the wick carefully after extinguishing the flame while the wax remains in a melted state.
