Each 5 mL serving provides:
- Black Elderberry Extract:150 mg (per serving) or 300 mg (2 servings)
- Vitamin C:50 mg (per serving) or 100 mg (2 servings)

- African Violets Extract:1 mg (per serving) or 2 mg (2 servings)
